A lot of things indicate that to a large extent there can be a synergy of personal and team goals, as well as that family and business roles can be mutually supportive. Where the interests of others and one’s own interests are integrated and united instead of remaining separate, opposed or mutually exclusive.

Our concept:
OUR CONCEPT is activities that mutually support and encourage those two roles and thus lead to a higher quality of partner or family life as well as greater efficiency at work.
What we suggest is as much ACTIVITY IN NATURE as possible for your employees ⁄ associates and their closest relatives because in nature we are all the same and we are all turned towards each other.

4. Family Business Day – for employees, their partners and family members

The concept of „Family Business Day“ is for our loved ones and ⁄ or the entire family to be a part of the company at least in some way, feel the company’s values and get to know the associates of partners or parents. All of this would be achieved through carefully designed activities during which you would be experientially introduced to the concept and essence that you want to present to the closest environment of your employees.
Duration: 1 – 2 – 3 … days
PROPOSAL:
- This activity is preceded by all previous activities, thus all participants have the opportunity to participate in the creation and later in the realization of the activity itself.
- It is an unrepeatable experience and extremely useful for all further activities that can later be carried out independently. In that way participants will get tools for the preparation and realization of the next activities.

Biljana and Dragan Sandić
They use every moment to spend as much time as possible in nature with their family of five. During these activities, they spent more than 100 nights sleeping in nature and in tents.
With children aged 4, 8 and 10. They went by bicycle from Serbia to Switzerland.
They are very active in promoting an active relationship with nature, with special attention to children and young people. They have decades of experience in organizing multi-day activities in nature for a large number of participants.
They are also internationally certified trainers of personal and team development and FOCUS trainers.
